Certified in Hatha, Restorative, Trauma-Sensitive, and Older Adult Yoga, with advanced training in India. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes gentle flow, breath awareness, and body-mind-spirit connection. Incorporates energy healing like Reiki and Qi Gong to foster a compassionate, safe space that empowers individuals, quietens the mind, and supports inner healing.
