Make Your Move is a program designed to create an open and supportive space for dancers of all levels to explore movement freely. The space is flexible—participants are welcome to dance, train, or simply move in ways that feel good to them.
Each session may include optional creative prompts or guided movement exercises, depending on the energy and interest of the group.
